Advotech, incorporated in 1992, began as a small semiconductor equipment representative in Tempe, AZ. Then, in 1997 Advotech began assisting local companies with low volume, prototype dicing and packaging. Advotech has now rapidly expanded to include a wide variety of microelectronic packaging and testing services including; Dicing Services, Package Assembly, Engineering Support, Process Controls, RF And Sensors and more for many clients across the nation.
After 12 years of robust growth, the company moved to a new and larger facility. Advotech has since heavily expanded its class 10,000 cleanroom. We take pride in having an ESD safe and secured facility. Our continually expanding cleanroom houses an impressive amount of equipment including various dicing saws, wire bonders, x-ray machines as well as a myriad of other support and test equipment.
