Our skilled technicians provide single and double sided SMT reflow capability as well as through-hole soldering and COB. We offer precision fine pitch device placement, discrete placement of components down to 0402, wide area die attach, wire bonding, and glob top for COB. Using your Gerber files we can create solder paste stencils and design custom board holders for your project. Advotech is equipped with lead-free RoHS compliant solder. Allow us to rework your SMDs, BGAs, and leaded components.
