Founded in 1992, Advotech Company Inc. began operations as a job shop with a focus on dicing services and rapidly expanded to include a variety of assembly and packaging services. These value added services now include wire bond, die attach, flip chip attach, glob top and of course, a full capability dicing department. 

After 13 years of steady growth, the company purchased a larger facility near Arizona State University in Tempe. With this new building, Advotech has been able to build out additional clean room space to better accommodate the $1.2 million in additional equipment purchases it has made over the last five years.

Advotech’s client list includes more than 250 customers and vary from engineering shops integrated within major universities to Fortune 500 corporations managing production processes on promising products in the introduction stage of the product life-cycle. 

Advotech welcomes the opportunity and the challenge to assist our customers in developing processes that are stable and can be economically manufactured for production. This means a higher quality end product for our customers, as well as assuring satisfaction in all the services that we offer.
